GoogleRedbrick have been managing my student property portfolio for 10 years and I regularly recommend them to other landlords. The staff are extremely professional and helpful. I have not had any void periods with any of my properties so far and with their vetting procedures, the quality of the tenants has been very good. They regularly check the properties and respond to tenant queries quickly. On the rare occasion that disputes have taken place, they have dealt with them swiftly and professionally, so both myself and the tenants have been satisfied. Redbrick maintain my properties to a high standard and keep on top of student trends, recommending upgrades like inclusive wifi, ensuites or bathroom and kitchen upgrades, to keep tenants happy and to achieve high returns. I am happy to recommend Redbrick to both landlords and tenants.

GoogleEveryone in red brick held a people centric attitude throughout with impeccable hospitality. Mylo in particular was very professional and patient with both tenants and future tenants, he even drove us to the other locations with no hassle. GoogleAs a landlord I can't rate Redbrick highly enough. They've managed my property for the past three years and they've always been friendly, efficient and quick to respond. They're always at the end of the phone to answer questions. They've managed communications between my tenants and myself smoothly and advised me accurately where needed. Teresa especially has managed the maintenance of the property with her expert eye. I'd recommend them to anyone letting a property in Leeds.
