They were very helpful with any questions we had and flexible with viewings, whereas other companies never even came back to me with any information. GoogleI have had a really good experience with Redbrick as a student. One of the team members Clare has always helped us with any enquiries that we had. She always responds to us and informs us of any changes being made. The team as a whole are lovely, polite and easy to communicate to.

GoogleIf am honest this company does not even deserve one star....arranged two viewings in one day, unorganised and unprofessional. First house the agent had the wrong keys n codes so could not view, the second looked nice on pics, the pics were from days well gone by! The third place I agreed to take on and they never got back to me and when I contacted them someone else had taken it....Good luck!!!
Apologies for this Lindell. Not good from us at all. Hopefully we can learn from your experience and put things right for the future.
