I have been using Martin & Co's services for about 10 years. They have been reliable and honest, have given me sound advice and taken very good care of my property. There has barely been any void period in the entire time, the tenants they have found have been first rate, and I have been very happy with the standard of service I have received over this entire time. I would happily recommend them.

Bailey helped with organising our tenancy application & reference checks when moving into our apartment in Leeds. We had a tight timescale in which we needed to move in by and Bailey helped us greatly in ensuring the application process was speedy and smooth. I was attended by Michael who quickly understood the type of property I needed and was efficient in showing me the properties which might have met my needs, as a result I decided on a property swiftly. Bailey prepared the contract and other paperwork for me, she was very polite and made everything as clear as possible to me.
