Very supportive and understanding team given the sad circumstances surrounding our sale and the geographical distance we as sellers were to the house.

TrustpilotAwful experience
Horrific experience in trying to purchase a property. Not only were they rude through out the process, we also believe they were lying to us at the same time. On two different occasions, on two different properties they lied to drive the price up. Would be better if they didn't employ arrogant and rude people, when buyers are just simply and honestly trying to purchase a house. Not very professional, therefore I would recommend harsity and Co when selling a house, who are professional and considerate of both parties.

TrustpilotGreat estate agents
Great estate agents. We bought our house via this estate agency - the viewing was arranged for the same day, offer passed to vender and accepted the next day. No unnecessary hold ups at all. Very good experience throughout and less than 2 months since offer we are already moved in our new house. Thank you to Manning Stainton.

recently dealt with Manning Stainton who were the estate agents for the house I’m buying. From start to finish the whole process was dealt with incredibly well. Laura Parkinson specifically was informative, friendly and made sure I understood every step of the way. Would absolutely recommend using Mamning Stainton again after this experience
