I felt that communication was the biggest problem as we didn't feel we were kept in the loop enough. Returning phone calls or emails even if it was to say no change.

GoogleSTOP putting your flyers through my N15 postcode letterbox, and leaving them half hanging out!!!! (I have a sign clearly stating ‘No junk mail’) Thus letting all my heating out and and giving thieves the green light there is no one at home. If this happens again I shall put something unwanted through your door!
