TrustpilotMy house move experience
So happy with the service provided from Manning Stainton on my recent house move process. In particular Debbie Cundill was very professional and helpful in all my dealings with her. Also Laura Parkinson helped when Debbie was not available. All in all a good experience.

TrustpilotGratitude to Manning Stainton for social inclusion
I wish to state how grateful Leeds Care Leavers Service are to Manning Stainton for their recent and very generous donation to our Care Leavers Sports Day Event. At the drop of a hat and with no fuss at all, Charlotte at the head office of Manning Stainton, very kindly arranged the donation of a large quantity of paraphernalia to support our event. We are now planning to repeat the success of this event, which was organised for young people in the care system to experience an old fashioned sports day, as many have been excluded from such events.. As we were strapped for cash, Manning Stainton came to our rescue and provided tote bags etc which resulted in the young people feeling invested in. We cannot thank the staff and company enough for their support to this local event and ensuring the process of 'social inclusion' occurs.

Updated on progress every week. Made the whole experience of selling our home of 22 years a whole lot easier. Would strongly recommend using Manning Stainton. It was Joanne we dealt with most but all the staff answered any questions I had when I called.

Thank you, we do understand that it is quite difficult to part with a property after so many years and of course, it is not something you do every day. It pleases me to hear that appreciate Joanne and my team, as they work so hard to help people move smoothly.

TrustpilotRental Property Management
Since March of this year, my rental property has been managed by a particular member of staff at Manning Stainton. His service to me has been truly first class, responding quickly to emails and liaising with all other contractors as necessary. The whole checkout procedure for my tenants was communicated clearly and efficiently and all my questions were answered with speed and comprehensively. The property management fee was real value for money while he was looking after me.
