My experience ended up being very positive, thanks entirely to the hard work and dedication of Deborah Cundill‑Houghton (Debbie). We’ve just completed on our sale with Mannings after almost seven months, and it was an extremely stressful process due to one solicitor in the chain who was, quite frankly, a nightmare. If it hadn’t been for Debbie’s honesty, practical approach, and determination, I don’t believe it would have completed at all.

Kyle was very supportive throughout a difficult house sale. Long time on the market but Kyle was proactive with updates and incredibly helpful and efficient driving the sale once it did go through. 100% helped achieve a quicker completion date than relying on solicitors alone!
