We had so many problems with our solicitors but Simone Mohamed went above and beyond to ensure everything got sorted. I don’t think the sale and purchase would have happened if it wasn’t for the hard work of Simone. We would definitely recommend Manning Stainton.

Manning Stanton were advertising a house with it's corresponding high valuation as a four bedroom house when it was in fact a three bed with converted attic storage room with no build regs for use as living space. Whether that was legal or not, I don't know, but it was unethical and misleading. Perpetuating the negative estate agents stereotype.
