My experience was great south leeds letting is the best. The lady that attended to I and my wife is called Evie longleg I love her professionalism infact all the staff re amazing. I have introduce some people to Evie longleg already. You guys re the best. Evie is very calm and patient with us.

I found the house buying experience to be a quick and efficient one. There was some delay on my side, but everything done through them was done at a good pace. Deborah CH was particularly helpful with answering any questions and making sure the whole process ran smoothly.

I would like to congratulate Manning Stainton for employing a fantastic move manager by the name of Ann Rimmington. Our experience with Ann was exemplary as she kept us informed and up to date with any issues etc. I know some may say “Well that’s her job!” but she was much much better than that. In fact the team in the Wakefield office were great too! Just would like to say a massive thank you to all concerned from Diane and Jazzmin Newton.

From start to finish Manning Stainton were amazing. From our first meeting with Emma and then Charlotte who was with us every step of the way - we couldn’t have asked for more! Charlotte kept us up to date daily (often more than once!) and I can’t recommend her enough. 10 STARS!!!!

Fabulous company , professional and helpful from start to finish.Valued, instructed , photos & sale agreed within a couple of weeks, the sale was progressed by Lesley who is worth her weight in gold . She was so calming in what became a long process but kept us upto date at every stage to get to exchange , then completion going above and beyond for not only us but our buyers who were using a competitor to sell through , Lesley kept it altogether with regular calls even if there were no updates ! and we can’t thank her enough for her support

Initial meeting with valuer was good. Full service was provided at reasonable cost. Mannings conducted all viewings although sales team seemed to lack some knowledge and didn’t always listen to instructions. Once sold Charlotte was excellent in keeping in contact and progressing the sale through to completion.
