YellThe Reality of Renting
As someone who is renting in Leeds and has been using Morgans, now known as Linley and Simpson, it should be noted that as a renter you are treated incredibly poorly. It must be understood that you are only a money supplier and as such are treated in that manner. Should you in anyway misstep you are made to feel like a criminal, yet when the roles are reversed, seldom do things move quickly or efficiently. I cannot say whether this is something that happens throughout the entire rental system, but Morgans have proven to be shocking in attitude towards people who rent. Irrespective of that fact that the renter is someone who has lived in the same property for nearly 3 years. Be warned, if you are a renter, do not expect to be treated as a person, it is all business and you are nothing more than someone who pays money every month.
