GoogleI instructed Linley & Simpson to sell my property and was very impressed with the service received. Andy had an asking price offer less than two weeks after the property went on the market which I accepted. Amy and Andy organised necessary repair works to the property on my behalf and kept in contact throughout the whole process. The only negative is that I was disappointed with the solicitor they recommended. The service received from the solicitor was not consistent with the excellent service from Linley & Simpson. Both Amy & Andy are very responsive, friendly and professional. I would highly recommend!

GoogleI have had such a pleasant experience with Linley and Simpson so far. I met with Wes who showed me around two properties. I am very impressed with how helpful and supportive he has been. His replies to any of my questions or concerns have been practically immediate and he has made the process of renting a property in Leeds an enjoyable experience. GoogleTHE MOST UNRELIABLE ESTATE. Once you are in they will not care about any repairs, spent 6 months with a broken falling apart fridge. 6 months and they could not replace it. Also they won't inform you properly and with one "I am sorry" they will keep your deposit. 1 week later and still waiting for the meter readings. Plus they will keep 150 pounds for cleaning a clean apartment when I moved in it was full of dust, dirt in the cupboard and black greace with dust at the wall extractors. And unfortunately speaking with others and looking on the internet I was not the only one. Don't trust anything they say. Keep your eyes open with them.
