Since the move the customer service has exceeded my expectation. My point of contact has been Matt Kendrick who I can't praise enough - friendly, professional, responds to queries on the same day. Has been helpful and efficient - would highly recommend to anyone looking for a peace of mind in their property search. GoogleWe were looking to buy an apartment in central Leeds as a second home but we are not from the area so I googled agents Linley and Simpson and they did seem to have a large variety of flats. When t telephoned was put through to Ollie who was really helpful and understood our needs, he showed us 2 apartments and we purchased the second after 1 viewing. We were really impressed with Ollie as he went out of his way to assist us even meeting us to give us the keys on a Sunday morning. We also completed the sale within 3 weeks using LCF Residential, two great companies in Leeds and we would have no hesitation in recommending both companies. Great service thank you to both companies.

GoogleI would highly recommend Linley & Simpson with Morgans (Former Morgans City Living). I've been renting a flat for over two years now with no problems. The renewal is very smooth. All my encounters with staff were positive. A special thanks to my property manager, Mr. Matt Kendrick, who has been very prompt in resolving issues with the flat from day 1. Matt has previously arranged to replace the boiler very promptly knowing that I had my final exams coming up.
