I have had an amazing experience so far with Linley and Simpson. One thing that tops their service is the promptness to arrivals and calls. I had a viewing with Chelsea last Thursday, and it was nice chatting with her. She was patient and answered all the questions I had; even when she wasn’t sure, she made sure to double check for me.

GoogleI had a pretty good experience with Linley & Simpson. They were very co-operative and throughly professional during my 2 year stay in the apartment managed by them. Whenever there were any issues in the apartment, they fixed it within no time. Their checkout process was very good too. These guys weren't like other agents who will show simple glitches in the property and try to wallop as much money from your deposit. I had certain damages in my property which we fixed ourselves and the agents acknowledged that and returned the full deposit almost. I recommend them for their professionalism and helpfulness.

He showed us several properties across the city chatting to us along the way, he is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and professional. We chose not to proceed with any we had seen that day but he rang us a few days later inviting us to a view a property he knew we'd love. We are now thrilled to be moving into a gorgeous flat thanks to his help!

However, my past positive experience led me back to Linley & Simpson. Tom by sheer chance whist showing prospective tenants around my flat, mentioned a vacant property and Declan, with his professionalism, made the viewing effortless. Despite initial concerns, the team addressed them promptly, arranging another viewing. Their efficiency in tenant referencing and key collection was consistent and hassle-free. GoogleAs a newcomer to the country and alone, I am telling you to reach out to Linley and Simpson if you want to rent a place. I was so lucky to have Amina as my letting agent. She was so helpful and lovely. I called her and let her know what I'm looking for. She seem genuinely in finding the best location and place for me. I remember she keeps telling me to calm down as I seem anxious and worried I couldn't get a place before my start date of work. I felt comfortable with her. After viewing I straight away decide. It was one to one viewing rather than in group (I dont like that, I did with other agent). From viewing to signing, the process was completed within a week. Upon my moving date there are few issues (which make me unhappy) but I just inform Becky, my property manager and they schedule a contractor to come and solve it. Things are not perfect sometimes but I think L&S always respond with a solution when they can which I appreciate it so much.

I was shown round two flats with the same person, Aiden, and both times he was extremely helpful and patient since this was my first time looking for a place to live on my own. He gave really useful advice as well which lead to me getting the first flat I applied for. Everyone else on the team I interacted with over email or phone were also really wonderful.

I have lived aboard from the last ten years and since leaving the UK, my house has been rented out through Linley & Simpson. Their overall customer service is excellent. They have been expedient in communicating the tenants needs; work closely with third party contactors when things need repairing or fixing and keep me up to date with changes in legislation or obligations for landlords. I would highly recommend.
