Brilliant agent who have made the 3 years we have been with them so easy and stress free. They made finding our property and the viewings etc a breeze. They have always been very helpful and quick to respond to our queries. We have mainly been assisted by Hayley Oldfield who is always very helpful and professional. Cannot fault her service at all. Would definitely recommend.

From my first call I was greeted with clear information and professionalism. Amina showed me 2 properties and was extremely helpful and friendly, talking me through nearby ammenities and restaurants she recommended. Luke and Amina have both been helpful in keeping me in the loop about how my application has been going, Amina especially would update me about any progress and was quick to my questions and requests.

Smooth, easy, fast process ever. I had the honor to have Declan doing the viewings and it was honestly more than just a viewing. He interacted and responded to all my queries not to mention the email communications that were replied in a blink of an eye. Sebastian which was delaing with the referencing process, was also fantastic. Super fast replying and making it happen. Very happy with everything. What a fantastic team!

GoogleI was shown round a number of properties in Leeds City Centre by the wonderful Amina. Since I currently live in London I did not have the luxury of time, and needed to fit in as many viewings as possible into the one day. Amina helped me do just that. She was efficient, professional and personable all at once and answered all my questions right there at the viewings (a trait not often found amongst my previous lettings agents). Once I made my decision, Amina guided me through the process to apply and complete referencing and I knew I could rely on her for any help I needed. Great experience and would definitely recommend.
