Quite possibly "the worst" Agent I have ever come across (Leeds area) . My daughters 1st apartment, paying top dollar and she can see sky through the roof, water running (not leaking) out of badly corroded Radiators damp everywhere. We have asked repeatedly to have these issues fixed and nothing has been done, just emails from agent to landlord and that's where it ends. Today she has said it's to cold and draughts to stay there any longer and the reply is"you need to give 2 months notice"BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE

Totally disgusting practices. This company are selling a detached property next to my home. They say it’s impossible not to include a photograph of the full frontage of my house as well. I requested the photo be cropped or changed. For a few days I regained my privacy but again the original photo has returned and is all over the internet. They say they can’t show their clients garage without my house being in the picture. Absolute garbage as the garage is on the other side of the house being sold not next to my house!!! It’s obvious they are using my home to paint a picture of a nice residential road. It’s 100% possible to take a photo showing the house , driveway and garage of their clients property without including my home. Awful just awful.

S. YORKS. If I could give a negative score, I would. What an absolute bunch of useless w-----s. As a tenant we, get 6 monthly inspections, not a problem at all. The problem is, they hardly ever do the work needed & when they do, they employ the most r------d & incompetent person possible & the quality of the work is ALWAYS s--t. When you complain, they do nothing about it. For people using them as an agent: they are letting your properties deteriorate while charging you the earth.

GoogleI had the most awful experience with this estate agents. Yes sold my house fast but their ability to manage the process after this was disgraceful.
My buyers were sending emails trying to resolve issues which were never shared with me. This lead to them pulling out at the last hurdle so hence I incurred full solicitors costs. The worse things was it caused horrendous stress and anxiety.

Thank you for your feedback. Your sale fell through because your buyers solicitor asked for certification for the loft room which at the time you were unable / unwilling to provide. We as you know with your instruction tried to persuade them to proceed without but ultimately they decided to follow the advice from their solicitor. I very much regret that you feel this way but we did everything we possibly could to keep the sale together and at no point did we hold information from you. I genuinely thank you for your feedback though and if there are lessons to be learnt we will learn from them. I wish you all the best for the future.

Would wait days for responses to emails, take multiple attempts to get them to pick up the phone and when we did get our new home we found that it was full of an absolute mountain of crap. So much for any due diligence before selling the house? Do they not check that the previous owners leave it in an acceptable state before handing it over?

I am a landlord to a small studio in Leeds. Kirsten Airs agreed to drop their 12.5% plus VAT fees down to 10% including VAT, but then didn't do so. She has been avoiding my calls ever since, despite me threatening legal action and to raise a complaint with the ombudsmen. If you are a landlord, I would suggest you don't use this company.
