TrustpilotI lived in a building with two agents
I lived in a building with two agents, I was never updated with any information. examples are communal bin moves, building socials. When I left my tenancy I was shamed about my mattress, It did have sweat stains. I used a mattress protector and topper but my medication does cause night sweats, I would have preferred a more tactful and sensitive response.

GoogleI was unfortunately in a position that I needed to move back home and had to find a new tenant to take over my tenancy. Haus were great at helping me do this and explaining the situation to me in a way that was easily understood. Hope guided me through the process and made it so much easier than I thought it would be, which alleviated a lot of stress.

GoogleWe had a viewing on 23rd August and Kimberly showed us around the area and the house! She was amazing and answered all our questions! We had a lot of confusion since its our first time renting out a place and she provided us with solutions and cleared out all the confusion! Thank you Kimberly! We also got very quick response to emails and any queries. Love the customer service!

She was welcoming, professional and very informative at our viewings and honestly made sure we felt fully informed, reassured and at ease with the whole process. She replied promptly throughout the whole process which helped ease our mind and kept us informed. Couldn’t fault her - she is a credit to the company!

It was so lovely to meet an estate agent that was approachable and who put you at ease, searching for a property to let can be so stressful. GoogleMyself and my two fellow tennants were looking to find a property in a very short space of time, so we sent a few emails out detailing the kind of property we were looking for to several estate agents in the Leeds area. Becky from Haus was not only the first to get back to us, but also provided us with by far the best selection of properties to choose from based on our requests. She was very courteous, clear and showed great flexibility to complete the stages of our process outside of our working hours, including during our lunch breaks. She was reliable and concise throughout, and we are delighted to have signed for a property to rent with Haus, with plenty of time remaining before the move - thank you so much Becky!! Since then, Steph has been equally clear and helpful over email to help us with the final stages of the process, and has left us feeling fully-informed and therefore relaxed as we prepare to move in. Thank you Steph! Based on the service my friends and I received so far, I would fully recommend going through Haus to look for anyone looking for an agent to help them rent a property in the Leeds area.

GoogleKennedy and Holly were an absolute dream. They both made the whole process super easy and were both very helpful. Kennedy showed me around all the flats I was interested in and answered all my questions. Then, during the application process, Holly was really helpful in walking me through ever step of it. The whole process was really fast and easy, I booked a viewing on a Friday and by the following Monday I got the keys to my new flat. Great overall.
