Andrew Hardisty and Danny Beel have both handled the sale of our home in a professional, knowledgeable and reassuring way. After previous bad experiences with another agent we took sound advice from Andrew about the market value of our property and had an asking price offer before the first viewing and agreed an over the asking price offer within a matter of days. Danny handled the highly stressful business of negotiating and agreeing a sale price brilliantly and kept us calm, informed and focused whilst we embarked on what became quite a protracted journey of looking for an onward property. We have used these agents twice before on previous sales and each and every time they have delivered beyond expectations. Highly recommend.

We recently moved out of a rental property that is let and managed by Hardisty. The property was originally run by Brooklands, but Hardisty took over a few months ago. The transition was smooth and easy on our end, with Hardisty maintaining communication and notifying us of any coming changes. When we were preparing to move out, Hardisty staff were lovely and helpful in answering all our questions. They had all our records and communications with the previous company on file, which was a relief because we were worried about how the transition would affect our rental conditions. They were also very responsive and resolved building maintenance issues very quickly. I'm a disabled person and I travelled all the way from Sheffield to view a property in Rawdon and I told the agent at the property that I want the property and without even asking me they took a deposit from someone else and made me travel and waste my whole day for nothing, I spoke with the manager who only cares about the income they generate and zero customer service completely unprofessional company who needs to understand not to waste peoples time and money especially if they are disabled please please stay away from this completely unprofessional agents.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

I used this company for mortgage advice and was left feeling ripped off. Having paid a fee of £395.00 for them to arrange the mortgage the advisor then applied for two different mortgages which turned out to be unaffordable and the applications rejected. I then complained which resulted in the company actually bothering to look why I was rejected for the mortgages I was told should be affordable. Their answer was to blame the computer systems of the mortgage company for the matter, rather than to take responsibility themselves. This company did not want to find out why I was rejected untill I complained, failed to accept any responsibility for either of the failed applications and still expected me to use them in future. I was offered no refund and am left out of pocket and looking for mortgage advice elsewhere.
