Hardisty have been fantastic from start to finish. From the moment Kat arrived for my valuation I knew I was in safe hands. Three valuations from 3 agents and I knew Kat was the right person to go with. The honesty, the personal approach and the knowledge of the area was second to none ! From that appt to photographs, to viewings, to progressing through to completion I was accompanied every step of the way from the Hardisty team. Unfortunately I had two fallen through sales but Paul was superb from the moment he picked up the phone to me with the first offer. When unexpected things happen in the process of buying a house. Paul explained the action plan and it worked out very well every time we made a change. Paul without fail called every week with updates and as the property was vacant Kat checked the property bi-weekly if not weekly. The whole team went above and beyond and I wasn’t just another customer to obtain commission from. I was a client, guided, supported and respected. I cannot thank the team enough from Luke, Georgina, Brooke and all other team members that took my phone calls were amazing. Oh and to also point out if you got this far. Their fees were highly competitive. Yippeee I have completed the sale of my beloved home and the next owner can make their own memories behind what was my front door. 🙏❤️🙏

The team at Hardisty have been amazing from start to (nearly there) finish! They were honest with our valuation and gave us realistic expectations. We were previously selling with another agent but we're not happy and I'm so glad we decided to sell our house with them. Danny said he could sell our house within 6 weeks and we accepted asking price in 14 days! They always answer the phone and the whole team are so helpful. The whole team at Hardisty have been amazing in helping us sell our property. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking to sell their property. After valuation, they photographed our property, made it look great, and got it on the market super quickly. I sold my house in January 2023 with Hardisty. Joe Langley was absolutely fantastic. Selling a house can be soul destroying, especially during the post covid mortgage crisis. I needed a quick sale due to moving across the country with my partner and Joe really helped keep me informed. I felt safe knowing the house was in trusted hands during viewings etc. Even when the first buyer pulled out due to mortgage complications, Joe kept me buoyant by laying out all the options. I'm currently in a vulnerable state of affairs and needed to speak to my mortgage advisor. I didn't realise, but he'd left, and Steven H automatically dealt with my case. It transpired that his way of doing things and negative tone towards my situation just simply didn't match my way, nor my needs. It is extremely common for people to talk to multiple mortgage advisors, and chop and change until they find the right person to work with, as there are so many different ways of going about these things. Steven didn't see it like that, and took personal offence in me wanting to deal with one of his ex-colleagues. I'd unknowingly opened a can of emotional worms for Steven, who took an incredibly childish, arrogant and unprofessional tone, telling me that no advisor or lender in the country will want to talk to me, let alone help me. He then disclosed an ex-colleague's performance, pitting their figures against his own. I'm pretty sure this breaks a code of conduct of some sort. Then he stated that he's "not a 2nd choice advisor" and ended with saying that he does not want to deal, or talk with me again (seriously, what adult actually says this, let alone a professional in a position of trust) Despite this, I tried to reassure him that it's nothing personal, but this fell on deaf ears, and he continued in a nasty tone for me to never speak to him again. The feeling is completely mutual, I have blocked his number and I have since spoken to 5 different advisors, all of whom are fully supportive, understanding that I'm shopping around, and positive that they can and will help me. As an estate agents in their own right, I had a purchase fall through a few years back because my solicitors strongly advised I avoid the unscrupulous leasehold, of which Hardisty did not make known at the point of sale. I do not want to be contacted by Hardisty. If Steven contacts me using a different number, I shall record the call for my own safety. This is a review as a former potential customer, and not a request for a conversation or discussion.
