It's a well located office for Leeds. Lovely helpful reception staff which makes a refreshing change. Just a shame about the horrible road works outside.

The property (flat) me and my friend rented for the year was really nice considering we were at uni, but the agency were unprofessional. Many time did we have concerns / problems related to the flat and they did not reply / do anything about it. So with that said, they didn't provide any assistance so be careful

Take a long time to respond to queries and sometimes ignore them completely. Were good when showing us round the house which itself is fairly nice but have a feeling we probably won't get much sorted unless it is urgent.
