I purchase a property through bettermove and the extended opening hours made a huge difference, someone is always there and they always get back to you. I was sceptical about using an online agent for my sale so decided not to use an online agent but to be honest I could have saved myself a lot of money if I had!!

The purchase of my house was straightforward with BetterMove, but we were unexpectedly hit by inclement conditions in the mortgage environment outside our control. However, Julia remained very patient and saw us all the way through. She was always quick in answering my questions and putting me in touch with the sellers when I wanted.
