After having my house on the market for over a year with my local agent I felt the need for a change. Driving home one evening I saw a Bettermove sold sign and decided to give then a call...best decision i have ever made! TrustpilotAvoid this Estate Agent at all cost
Avoid this Estate Agent at all cost. They will not return your fee if they fail to sell you home and break their own terms and conditions. Still waiting since October for our money back and have just had excuse after excuse. You cannot speak with anyone in accounts or authority to sort it.... Full of promises but did not stick to any of them.

I found bettermove as a company very hard to deal with. When I cancelled my contract due to another agent selling it quicker. You are tied into a contract ware if they dont sell your property you STILL HAVE TO PAY THEM.The only person I would praise was a person named theo who was very helpful and couldn't do enough for you.

Emailed for a viewing but had no reply , so phoned the next day to be told the person dealing with the house I wanted to view was not in, but he would call the following day. I waited. Phone again, same old story, never did hear back. They have since phoned and apogolised,since writing this review, they seemed more hepfull.

The process went very smoothly with better move. The only reason for 4 stars was the requirement to pay a £1000.00 holding fee on the property.
