At the start of the flat purchase all seemed good. However that's where it stopped. Some of the staff come across as rude. They break promises that they have made. And you have to chase to have your exclusivity deposit returned. Hope I dont have to deal with them ever again.

Got the result but it took a year to sell,at the start couples where sent to view a Studio bungalow meaning, it was certainly way to small for 2 people .This was corrected after my analyse of the viewings . Having said that the staff are very helpful and obliging .And I eventually got the result selling to an investor .

Started in January and completed in July quite a slog! I had to do a lot of chasing!! I was the seller and therefore the client! The buyer on the other hand tells me they got constant updates without chasing.

This company did exactly what they said that they would do. The property was only up for sale for twelve days. In that time, they organised 7 viewings and achieved an offer which was accepted. The whole team were professional at all times.

Jason has taken charge of the situation after several emails and leaving reviews on here, we have negotiated a refund (less £200 admin as per the original agreement but early before the term is up) Jason has handled things well, will update this review once the refund is received as now have to wait 28 days for a cheque, fingers crossed they can redeem themselves.
