Pleasant staff and overall decent experience, however their recommended mortgage brokers were a huge let down, they recommended 2 different people, neither ever responded and they didn't chase this up, I had to find my own broker instead. Also beware if you are a first time buyer, Aspen Woolf will try to charge you a £1000 service fee, but if you challenge this, they will refund you it upon completion of contracts.

Can't believe this company has the gall to keep sending me 'fantastic investment opportunities'. The Longstop date of my agreement (they give themselves a year's grace in case of delays in the completion date) has now been reached and things still look far from being sorted out Plus if I rescind now and ask for my £21,000 deposit back I'll be lucky if I clear £5,000. Someone somewhere is making money, but it sure ain't me.
