GoogleDavid Burr are a pleasure to deal with. Jack, Julian and Martina communicated fantastically well and overcame a number of challenges in my recent sale and made it as smooth as possible. In fact without Julian's skills I think the sale may have not proceeded. They are a 5* team all day long and decent people.

All this, despite 2021 being an absolutely crazy year in the property market. Honestly the best Estate Agents we have ever dealt with. Wouldn't hesitate to use them if we ever come to sell. Jack, Mark, Julian and Sam provided regular updates and succeeded in getting us sold where other lesser agents had failed. Marketing material were of high quality. All viewings were arranged efficiently and confirmed with an email and a follow up to give feedback. An offer was quickly negotiated through the team and we were then kept updated regarding the conveyancing which was a very slow process. GoogleEstate agents have a poor reputation nationally but our experience of David Burrs service gives an example of how a top class agency works. From start to finish Jack and Julian could not have been more helpful. I had to sell my sister's house as she had died so it was a sad time for me. In addition I live up north so had to rely of the staff to do many things for me, such as making regular visits to the property for insurance purposes. Jack skilfully negotiated a good deal for us and saw us through a rather tricky few months until the sale was closed. This is a five star service.
