GoogleJulian, Jack and Sam were lovely during the sale of my house. I felt that the advice that they gave helped the sale go through quickly and efficiently at the price I wanted. When there was a problem they were honest with me and sorted it out without fuss. I’d also like to thank the man (sorry, I forget his name) that oversaw the viewing. Again he was efficient and professional. 10 viewers and 2 offers within 5 days of Jack’s initial visit. Many thanks.

GoogleNo hidden costs - pictures were good and included in the agreed commission. Sale agreed relatively quickly however chain was not without challenges! Julian kept us ( and our buyer!) fully informed at all times and in doing, so kept things together. Without his efforts I suspect things may have turned out differently. Good support from the whole team at Leavenheath and we are very grateful for their professionalism throughout - thanks Jack and company!

Their representation of the house was excellent and in spite of the current difficulties facing the property market resulted in a very swift acceptable offer being made. They have remained professional, pleasant and always available for any questions during the sale process and worked particularly hard towards the end to get all of the parties involved on the same page. I would have no hesitation to use their services again in the future.

GoogleI would thoroughly recommend David Burr Estate Agents at Leavenheath. They have been professional, friendly and helpful throughout the entire selling process. The advice regarding the marketing of our property was spot on and the pictures were excellent. This resulted in multiple viewings and a sale within 2 weeks of the property going on the market. It was quite challenging handling the vast number of viewings they generated and they looked after all of this for us admirably and made the whole process relatively stress free. Once we had secured the sale, they kept me well informed and really helped to smooth out the inevitable few blips along the way until we reached exchange of contracts. We are now purchasing our onward move through David Burr at Long Melford and they have made the buying process equally straightforward and have gone above and beyond to make it all happen in a very quick timescale for us, following a previous purchase falling through. Very many thanks to all the team.

GoogleGreat service from the Leavenheath team, they were fast to get ours on the market, kept me up to date with day to day feedback, booking info and never tried to push me into doing viewings for them. Mark found us a great property and genuinely seemed to want the best outcome for all involved, he was great at chasing up the solicitors and took a huge pressure off us as we both work full time. Whole process from POS was 10 weeks, would really recommend them as a more personal service , they will go the extra mile for you.
