The team at the HORLEY office are incredibly professional and helpful with our purchase. My sale with my local estate agents has been anything but straightforward and if I had my time again I would 100% be using White & Sons. Can’t fault them at all. Not doing this as a regular thing I assumed all estate agents are the same, I cannot stress the fact more that they are not. So when selecting one to deal with make sure you pick people that will actually do their jobs (Matt and James especially brilliant) and keep you informed and have even gone above their own responsibilities to get the sale/selling done. Eternally grateful.

We originally bought our house some years ago through White & Sons and were so impressed that we chose them to market and sell our property when we decided to move on.They are a traditional company with strong values for customer service - every single member of the team demonstrated the utmost professionalism. From the initial valuation discussion through to completion, there was regular and concise communication and a proactivity and determination to bring the transaction to a successful conclusion, all at a competitive fee rate. The chain below our buyer proved to be particularly problematic and a special mention must go to Lloyd Wilkinson who literally went above and beyond for as long as it took to drive the final outcome. He's charismatic and focussed, a consumate professional and his approach was perfect. Thank you!I can't recommend White & Sons highly enough.

Rented through this estate agents and ended up being a awful experience. We kept the house so nice but when we left they accused us of stealing stuff,lying on checkout constant emails it’s been awful. I was in hospital at the time of moving and it’s been a horrible experience I’m so glad I’m out of the rental sector as the way they treat tenants is awful. It doesn’t matter how well you look after the property they will try to take every last penny they can! We went round to ask if we had any post and got accused of harassing the new tenants I have never heard anything like it! Don’t don’t don’t rent through this estate agents unless you like being fleeced at every last corner!
