I transferred the full management of my rental property to White & Sons after my experience with another agent became highly unsatisfactory. I cannot recommend White & Sons highly enough., they are brilliant. I have been with them for about 18 months now, and their level of customer service, both to me and my tenants is exemplary. Although initially they were helpful, once the house had sold . They sat back , did no chasing buyers through. Did not answer inquiries from solicitors or our onward purchase solicitor or estate agent . We have now lost the house we wished to buy due to their lack of interest . In conclusion, find someone else , someone with and interest in seeing it to a conclusion
We are obviously disappointed to read your comments. We understand that sometimes towards the end of protracted sales things can get a little heated as deadlines loom. We would like to reassure you that we have, and will continue to, do all we can to ensure this sale completes successfully.

White & Sons took over the management of our development, which comprises of 29 units, a mixture of leasehold and freehold properties, at extremely short notice, 2 years ago, when we were let down by our previous Estate managers.Justin Theobald and Debbie Webber managed the transition well, and have since provided excellent and professional advice.I would not hesitate to recommend them.
