Great service

Not always had good experiences with Estate Agents, but Horley branch of White and Sons restored our faith somewhat. We had bought a house to break a chain with a plan to sell quickly. White and Sons were flexible to our need and had a much better understanding than other agents we called. House was ready to go on market the day we completed and became the owner, then we accepted an offer facilitated by them within 48 hours, they continued to communicate and guide us up until completion. Made a stressful situation much easier.

Fantastic service and support

After deciding to take advantage of the stamp duty reduction, we contacted four estate agents for valuations. All were very similar in price estimates but we got on well with Whites, who were very confident of selling within the timescale. We started marketing the property in August/September 2019 and we were lucky enough to have Grace Jackson assigned to look after us. We were kept informed at every stage of the process and were soon inundated with viewings. These were all handled by Grace and the team (Maddie and Bailey) and every time they turned up they were friendly, responsive and followed the Covid guidelines. It was not long before we got an offer on the property ( first week of October).As we were moving out of the area, we spent the next three weeks searching for a property to move into. This was found by the end of October. We got a solicitor (recommended by Grace) and we moved forward. This is where Grace and the team really came into their own, they were brilliant chasing all parties involved to make sure we hit our deadline of moving before Christmas. Grace worked all hours to ensure that everything worked. I am pleased to say that we achieved our goal of being in by Christmas and this was mainly down to Grace, with fantastic support from Maddie, Bailey and the rest of the team at White's.Thank you so much!! I would recommend White's to everyone

Debbie Webber & Aurum Close, Horley

Debbie Webber is responsible for running our site at Aurum Close, Horley. It is so well run that we hardly ever have to contact her but when we do she deals with the situation quickly, with no fuss. She is always very easy to talk to and friendly and keeps us up to date with what is happening where necessary. Most of the site problems are round people dumping large items of rubbish where they shouldn't. When we tell Debbie they are removed immediately.

Great experience with Leatherhead Office, highly recommended

We were shown a home in Bookham by Jago Banham from the Leatherhead White & Sons office. From the start he was friendly and engaging with us. The house viewing flowed so well as Jago took the lead and guided us through the best order of rooms downstairs and upstairs and then showing us the garden and the potential to increase space by reducing the thickness of the hedge at the back. The house with the extension next door was pointed out to see the potential the property has to be extended upstairs and downstairs. Improvements to the heating and DB board were also pointed out. Jago's professional and engaging personality left such a positive impression on us. Even though we aren't going to proceed with the house purchase we would definitely deal with White & Sons again because of Jago. We've dealt with many estate agents over the last 2 years in our house search and this young man is definitely in our top 2 best estate agents we have dealt with so far. Thank you for making the house viewing experience so engaging and valuable.

Highly recommend!

We have now used White & Sons Horley twice for selling our home. We chose to use them a second time because they did such a great job for our first transaction with them in 2016. I think it says a lot that the majority of the staff are the same now as they were eight years ago. Our current sale has certainly had its challenges and Lucy, Steph and James have all been brilliant at sorting them out. We would highly recommend White & Sons Horley if considering selling your home.

Genuine people.

Genuine people who gave straight answers and honest advice. Andrew negotiated a good offer on my sale and Ed kept the chain moving as fast as it could. Ed and the Reigate team did an excellent job driving the sale of my property, despite very difficult circumstances and a large & messy chain. Ed, in particular, really went out of his way to make it happen, for example, calling/messaging on his days off and from his holiday in Greece (I hope it's not the norm :(), sourcing & arranging someone to provide a report that White's weren't responsible for, continually chasing my inactive solicitor...I don't think the sale would have gone through had it not been for Ed's persistence.
