White & Sons have supported us all the way, on a long and bumpy road. We were dealing with a house sale to allow an international move, just as the market started to shift in Springtime 2022. It took much longer for the house to sell than we had hoped, but White & Sons explored every avenue of finding us more interest. Once an offer was accepted there we ended up with a complicated chain, but the team have really been there every step of the way to see it through to the end. Big thank you to James and the team!

Extremely pleased with the service received from White & Sons’ team in Leatherhead, particularly James and Stephanie who were very supportive in helping us to find a buy-to-let property. Their friendly attitude and dedicated approach to the clients’ needs, in addition to the office’s long opening hours, made the process easy and enjoyable. Our emails and phone calls were always returned straight away, and we also were able to book late evening viewings to fit around our working hours. We will certainly use the White and Son’s service again in the future.

We have been using White and Sons since November 2015 and have dealt with Justin Theobald and Rebecca Foster in that time. Both have been extremely helpful and very knowledgeable with any problems within the estate. They're very pro active with dealing with any issues from tree surveys and maintenance to lighting and replacing loose paving slabs and finding the best suppliers for the estate .. ranging from the Gardiner to the insurance required.They're also good with sorting the accounts out for the estate as well as the service charge for the residents. We have them chair our AGM and the professional manner with which they handle it is excellent. Both Justin and Rebecca are very easy to approach with any sort of problem and are very discreet with some of the more sensitive issues faced.

It was a very long process for us to buy our house. We placed an offer that was accepted around 8 months ago, and we only just exchanged due to the length of the chain but also a lot of failings from our own solicitors and the sellers solicitors. James Richards from White and Sons Horley was the only person during this experience who offered clarity. He was always clear, to the point, honest and understanding as to how stressed we were that we were close to losing this house. He always responded to emails promptly, got back to us over the phone as soon as he could and I always felt listened to and that I had made progress after touching base with him. I believe we potentially would have not exchanged on the property and lost the house if it wasn’t for James intervening with our solicitors, advising us what to do and bridging the communication gaps between the solicitors. Thank you so much James!

Sold our house for £5k over asking price before it had even formally been put on the market. Had a tumultuous buying process as 2 purchases fell through. White & Sons were superb at ensuring our buyers stayed in the chain and assuaging their understandable concerns. Always responded promptly to communications, never had to chase. I have had my gripes with a fair few estate agents and have seen some practices and attitudes that I regard as highly questionable. White & Sons are one of the good guys. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough. A special shout out to Becky Longstaff who was superb

James Richards and his team (with particular reference to Becky) were always very professional and efficient and worked closely with us from start to finish. House buying and selling is incredibly hard in this current market, and whilst the majority of house sales start off with incoming calls from prospective buyers from views on the property websites, the mark of a great estate agency comes when the process hits the inevitable bump in the road! Helping arrange viewings at unsociable times and in general very knowledgeable and helpful. Having used several estate agents during our property search, the team are definitely the best we came across. Special mention to Grace and Stephanie. They went above and beyond to secure our dream home. The purchase process was smooth, they managed the upward chain, solicitors and seller not missing a beat to meet a tight completion deadline. We are new to the area and the little touches like where to go and contacts for our home were so thoughtful. I work in a service industry and have meticulous standards, White and Son truly are the best of the best. A bit like Top Gun but Tom would not appreciate me calling him Maverick!
