GoogleI cannot express my gratitude enough to Holly, Karen, Oliver, & Sam. This was a very difficult sale as I do not live in the UK anymore and had to sell from the USA. I had been with another agent previously and did not get many inquires regarding the home. When I changed over to Gascoigne traffic significantly improved and I received several offer. Although I went through 3 sales falling through because of buyers chain issues, the team in Leatherhead got me through it. I genuinly felt they cared. This was my family home I inherited and the team there were very helpful walking me through a very different sales proces to the one im used to in the USA. Thank you Gascoigne Pees you got us across the finish line and I would recommend you to anyone.

Myself and my partner are first time buyers looking for our first property. This is been such an exciting process, and the lovely Mia from Redhill's Gascoigne-Pees has made it even more wonderful. From the moment I first called in to book viewings, her sparkling friendly personality has shone through and she shared in our excitement to be looking for our dream home. Obviously it is quite a big decision and a large commitment, so we are so appreciative of the time Mia took to get to know what we wanted, what we were avoiding and what about the properties we picked that made us choose them. That meant that she was able to suggest some others that we hadn't come across, in the same area, for the same price range and with the same general feel as the others. This meant that our top 3 properties are now all ones held with GP! This has been great, since we know that whatever property we end up going with, we're going to have Mia's fantastic support behind us. I am so impressed by her ability to show off the best bits of the properties whilst explaining things so clearly. I truly trust that she has our best interests in mind and is just as psyched to look for our first property as we are! She is an absolute credit to the business, and I am looking forward to working with her to get the keys to our new home.

TrustpilotHarassment, Alarm & Distress Caused - Spamming Cowboys
I went through Get Agent which was my first big mistake… they gave my details to Gascoigne Pees who called me within minutes. I explained that I wasn’t looking at a valuation or selling my house for at least 3-6 months and to ‘stand down’… I’ve been called every day or every other day since, and when I don’t answer the phone, they don’t leave a message and when you call back it doesn’t go through to the branch only to the head office. I asked my details to be removed from their system but I’ve still had daily calls from them, even when on the phone to their head office to make a complaint, I was called again by their branch. I have since had 4 spam calls from other estate agents with details sent to GetAgent with my phone number and a fake email address that Get Agent are tracing using the IP address from the fake email due to a breaking of GDPR rules. Yet to be proven but seems a coincidence that after having an argument with someone at Gascoigne Pees about harassment and spam calls from them, that my details have been sent out to estate agents in Coventry, Stoke-On-Trent, Nottingham and Leeds… Would never sell my house through GP and trust them with any personal details..

GoogleWe’ve had an appalling experience with Gascoigne-Pees, dealing with Rosie and Izabelle the letting agent. As part of our tenancy offer, the landlord (through Gascoigne-Pees) agreed to remove the rubbish at the bottom of the yard before we moved in. Months later, the rubbish is still there and it has contributed to a rat infestation. Both our neighbours and Mole Valley District Council have confirmed the problem, yet Gascoigne-Pees have refused to acknowledge it, claiming there’s “no issue” despite clear evidence and a formal council letter attached. This is not just an inconvenience it’s a serious health and safety concern, especially as we have a baby and a young child living in the property. From neighbors taking action, we now have dead rats in the walls stinking up the whole house and have to stay with friends to avoid the smell. The agency’s refusal to act on an obvious infestation shows complete disregard for tenant welfare. Extremely disappointed with the lack of responsibility, communication, and professionalism. I would strongly advise others to avoid Gascoigne-Pees until they take tenant safety and property standards seriously.

Tom is extremely unprofessional and dishonest. We accepted an offer back in May from a buyer on the basis that the buyer was a cash purchaser. We were then told in July that this was not the case and he was applying for a mortgage. Only when we were ready to exchange and complete in August the buyers solicitors informed us that the buyer had a related transfer of equity, unbelievable. We were told it could take up to 6 months to sort out. We were very disappointed about being kept in the dark about this so late in the transaction. Had we been privy to this we would not have accepted the offer in the first place.

GoogleAMAZING! Can’t recommend these guys enough, Matt and his team are so helpful and lovely. We have sold and bought through them recently and I’m really going to miss them all! They have gone above and beyond to ensure it all went smoothly. So honest, helpful and found us a lovely property when our previous had fallen through with another agent.
