If you’re selling a home in Leatherhead, you need to contact Holly! We had several agents in town come to value our house, and Holly was the most impressive. She had done extensive research prior to the appointment, had put together a compelling marketing strategy, and helped us to fairly price our house in a challenging market. Never rent a property through this company. It was the worst experience.

Renting from this company was the worse experience I have ever had. They charged £3k per month to rent a 3 bed 3 bath bungalow. Only 1 bathroom worked. They would not decrease the rent. We had no water to wash with for two weeks in 35c weather. Then we had ten minutes of water to wash before we had to wait for the tank to refill and heat up again because it was too small. The drains were blocked - there was a terrible smell and maggots in the toilets - but they wouldn’t send round people with a camera. The place was disgustingly dirty. Somebody had taken the front door key from the key safe on day 1 of the rental and they would not give us the key or change the locks. There was supposed to be a gardener - none ever came. Lots of furniture was broken when we arrived. It was not removed. There was supposed to be a tumble dryer - it was so old it was classed as a fire hazard and we were told not to use it. Washing machine broke twice. No battery charger for electric blinds therefore they didn’t work. And just to top it off we can’t get our deposit back. Disgusting company, revolting landlord. Never ever use them.

They held an off market viewing day at our property and had Oli and Charlie come round beforehand to ensure they had all the information and knew the property details well.
