I am not a client but recently bought a property through them.I used a solicitor they recommended called DC Law from Liverpool. They are the worst solicitors I have ever dealt with. The provided shocking customer service and took 5.5 months to complete the transaction. Shame on C & W in recommending them and no doubt getting a kick back, given they know full well of the appalling service provided. So do NOT use DC Law under any circumstances!

I had the pleasure of buying a house being managed by Kieran T. I found him to be very approachable, knowledgeable and had an ability to manage my expectation throughout the whole process. Kieran paid attention to my questions and gave me an experience I would expect from a well established Estate Agent. Thank you!!

We are selling a property as part of probate and were attracted to the best offers approach particularly since it offered a very clear timeline. During the marketing period there about 30 viewings resulting in 10 bids. Hopefully things will continue to run as smoothly having accepted one of the bids.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism
