If I were to ever work with Cubitt & West again, it would be exclusively down to Nic H at the Leatherhead branch. He's so proactive and I never found myself chasing for updates; even my man-hating dog warmed to him during viewings, so you know he's a good'un! If you think you hate estate agents, you don't; you just haven't met Nic yet. Only 4/5 stars as the previous contact I spoke to (who I think I scared off) was nowhere near Nic's calibre.

Can’t recommend the team enough, from start to end they have made the process as smooth as possible. Beginning with Frank who was excellent from the viewing and following up with this, you would think he has been working in the industry for years (fantastic service). In addition the rest of the team has great communication throughout, Andy, Brooke and Juliana have gone out their way to make everything happen. If you are looking for a property, this is the place.

My fiance and I are buying through Cubitt & West in Leatherhead and have been so impressed by Emma and Nic at the Leatherhead branch. They have been beyond polite and seem to always make a special effort to make us not feel rushed or like any request is too much and we have simply not experienced anywhere near this level of patience and effort with any other Estate Agents we have encountered in this (potentially stressful!) process. I had used cubitt and west couple of months ago to find my first house. The service that I received was outstanding from Nayim in particular. He had such a nice welcoming way about him. He set me up with a couple of viewings in the area. I had just started looking at that time so wanted to see what else is out there before making my mind up. He would always call me up and see how I'm doing. I had also seen his wonderul mortgage advisor Dan which was incredibly helpful. Overall I would reccomend everyone to use Cubitt & West when looking for their property.

We were selling a property as part of probate so needed an approach that everyone involved could have confidence in. The best offers approach seemed to meet our needs as it meant we could genuinely see what the market was for the property and it had a clear timeline. Over the marketing period there about 60 viewings and we received several offers. The approach made the decision making much easier.
