We recently dealt with Nic and Andy from the Leatherhead Cubitt & West office. Overall we cannot fault the level of service we have received in buying our new house. The whole team are really responsive and helped us deal with questionable solicitors to get the sale through. The team always provided us with friendly, helpful support even with near on constant requests to contact all parties involved in the sale to try and push it through. My flat has been on the market for 10 days with Cubitt and West. These are the most proactive agents I have come across since I started the process in April and we’ve dealt with a few because we’re selling two properties. Nic and Natasha are extremely communicative and break down all the finer details for me. They have time for me on the phone and are not negative about the market like most agents at the moment. Their approach is hardworking and positive which fills me with a lot of confidence. Both Natasha and Nic have given me a lot of market insight and data on my type of property which has been very useful. I look forward to continuing the process with them.

I recently bought a house through Nic and team from the Leatherhead Cubitt & West office. Nic was always very willing to help and answer any questions and liaise with the vendor or solicitors when necessary. We got everything through before the stamp duty holiday closed and I would certainly recommend their services in the future.

repeatedly called by this team over the last 7 days, each time I state I am not David and ask them to remove my number from their directory. I then block the number and low and behold they call from a different number. so irritating when a number has clearly been transposed on their forms. find an estate agent that can call the right person is my suggestion
