TrustpilotTheir representative turned up to value…
Their representative turned up to value my property and didn’t appear to have any knowledge of the area and properties in it. She actually asked me what I thought my property was worth then proceeded to give me a very low valuation without even looking at the outside area.Very unprofessional in my opinion.

GoogleI sold my property through R.A. Bennett and received an exemplary service throughout the process. Communication was always professional and always efficient. They were especially helpful given that I was not living local to the property at the time of sale, and ultimately I was pleased with the sale price. Would recommend.

GoogleExtremely professional service. Came well prepared with a realistic figure that I would likely to achieve on my let property. I used a different agent in conjunction who failed to provide a tenant - (only 1 viewing in 6 weeks!) Very pleased with the regular feedback. Staff are committed to their cause.

TrustpilotCowboys
Absolute bunch of unprofessional sales people. If I was selling a property I would be very unhappy, invariably too busy to pick up the phone. Didn't turn up for viewings or allegedly just late. Don't deserve to be in business. They just lost a cash buyer.

GoogleVery poor handling of returning deposit. I spoke to various people, and they all promised to return the call. Obviously none actually did so. Only after starting an official complaint procedure (Ombudsman) I got the deposit back, nearly two months after moving out.

Be careful when renting from those. No communication with them, very ignorant people, also you'll never get your deposit back, they charge extra for everything, never again!
