GoogleI have always been told that estate agents were the enemy ( sorry) but when it came to buying our new home from R A Bennett, I couldn't have been happier with the service we got. Emma Franklin worked full time to get things moving for us and was brilliant with getting things done. Both her and Rachel provided great advice as well as a shoulder to cry on. Thank you so much for getting us our dream home. Highly recommended!

Googlevery poor performance in handling the return of our deposit plus monies owed from overpaid rent - coming up to 4 weeks after checkout and still waiting for nearly £3000 from this lot. In terms of communication - zero pro activity and zero obvious desire to sort out the situation - out of sight out of mind and would strongly suggest you avoid this lot - the left hand doesnt know what the right is doing but seems very able to pass the buck from one to the other

TrustpilotWorst estate agent ever in Leamington… They force you to use their mortgage advisor
Worst estate agent ever in Leamington Spa. We are trying to buy a house and whilst putting an offer on a property we have been told by them that if we don't use their mortgage advisor we are not likely to get the house. Surely this must be illegal to force us to use their mortgage services?! Very dissappointed. I will be complaining to the property ombudsman.

We've just taken our house off the market with them in Cheltenham, five viewings in a year all time wasters, trying to get hold of them is a nightmare, got passed to the Evesham Office during Covid 19 and had to do a viewing myself which turned out to be another waste of time, and I shouldn't have done any viewings according to the Guidelines. Don't bother using them

Robert took the time to talk us through everything to do with our mortgage options and even steered us in the right direction of where to get answers when the problems were not ones he could answer. Really appreciated all of the help and would certainly recommend the services, especially for first time buyers.
