Throughout a protracted sale process the numerous members of staff with whom I had contact, initially personally and then after my return to Scotland, were helpful, approachable and beyond the call of duty. Despite frustration about the lengthy process I was confident of the advice and support given to me and cannot speak too highly of the excellent service given.

The staff continued to keep their eye on the ball and support us and our buyers throughout what proved to be a difficult process - we lost 2 purchasers - third time lucky !Everyone in the office was well-informed so we always got an answer even if the person we were dealing with was not available.

Matthew, Renée, Giles, Helen and all at Peter Clarke, The BIGGEST thank you for making the next chapter of our lives happen and all so professionally and smoothly in the midst of a pandemic when you are all navigating a new normal too. With having a baby only 6 weeks old when we put our house on the market, Peter Clarke always checked in with us to make sure they weren’t encroaching on naps etc - now that is next level service and very personal. The communication from Giles after showing customers around was fantastic with a call straight after each viewing with an update. The communication since we STC from Renée has been outstanding and has always been there so professionally and personally for me when the process of the chain got a little stressful and always ended the call on a giggle. We have actually sold our house and bought our new house through Peter Clarke and couldn’t recommend doing this enough. The communication has been so slick and has gone hand in hand so well between the teams. We shall be recommending you for years to come and if we were to move again, not hesitate in coming back to you. Take care all and wish you well for the future. It’s been a pleasure :).

The experience has been fantastic, until I got the keys to the property and discovered that it had been left with holes in the walls and ceiling. I think some kind of agent walk through should have occurred prior to handover to access the condition of the property!
