Unfortunately we have only had bad experiences with Peter Clarke. We have not only been met by miserable workers in the office who were clueless of our checking in and checking out of our rental property, we have had an enormous problem with their pandering to the landlord and providing us with no service.They are trying to money grab our deposit away with insufficient claims and extortionate prices.We cannot comment on buying and selling.if you want to live in a house with problems for over 7 months with no available fixes - living in a damp property, dodgy boiler and a broken window in the height of summer.Not acceptable and some of the worst rental landlords we have ever experienced.Would not recommend to my enemies.
We are really very sorry that your tenancy has not gone well.We have liaised with you, the landlord and subsequently provided contractors to help to resolve matters throughout the term.Items have been identified though on the check out report, after you vacated. We will work with you to get these matters addressed.We have protected your deposit in a rental deposit scheme called the Tenancy Deposit Scheme . There is independent adjudication over any disputed amounts, this is for your protection.Let us know how we can help further.

I have recently sold a flat with Peter Clarke that had been under offer for 9 month, due to problems with the sale rather than any fault of their own.. Throughout the whole process, they remained patient, responsive, helpful and gave great advice. I cannot remember ever having to chase them and they constantly went above and beyond. I was delighted with the whole service and would definitely use them again.

The process has been taken nearly 12 months as the market for larger houses has been challenging, and necessitated a few price reductions. However Viv,Harry and Mark have stuck at the task really well and deserve our thanks for their persistence. We have been kept up to date throughout, particularly by Viv during the messy final stages
