Nathaniel Cleaver I have been working at Newman's for 15 years now and I am very proud to be a part of this award winning company. When I started as the office junior its great to see where I have come from and the skills i have developed along the way to being a senior experienced Associate. I am passionate about everything that I do in life but especially about houses. The biggest reward for me is making sellers and buyers dreams come true when I find them their perfect home, I also thrive under pressure and always go above and beyond my clients expectations and under promise and over deliver. I have been involved in estate agency for a long time and have seen the industry change quite a lot but with Newmans selling strategies, we are always at the forefront in marketing techniques for our industry. I have recently become a father so I know how important it is to find that right family home for you and your family. Out of work I am a lover of football and play and manage a team as well as playing pool and snooker in the local leagues.

GoogleThese estate agents deal in bad faith . They do not seem to understand the concept of business ethics. If you make an offer and accept be vary wary as there is a high chance that they will change the terms of the offer as they did with me . Do not be honest with these people as they take advantage of it and "milk" you.

GoogleWe bought our house from Nathaniel Cleaver at Newman’s he was brilliant from start to finish. I would highly recommend Nathaniel and Newman’s they made the process so easy, quick and stress free. Nathaniel’s customer service was exceptional, he responded quickly to all of my queries. If your looking to sell I would definitely use Newman’s they are the best around!

GoogleAvoid. Horrible company to deal with. Had several issues at the property and been reported few times - but never sorted. On leaving property - got charged nearly nearly £100 for cleaning services (property was left spotless) and another nearly £100 for moving out. Then they wouldn't give reference to another company unless you pay them. Never again. Avoid.

GoogleI received a letter from Newman sales and lettings today that had had no postage paid. I had to go to the post office to go an pay for the postage myself. I've had no dealing with this company other than this so effectively i just paid for my own junk mail.
