Initially I was very pleased with Loveitts’ valuation and processes to get the property on the market, despite some chasing. However, my circumstances changed soon after and it felt like I really had to pursue Loveitts for responses and advice. When a sale had been agreed, I had some specific dates to achieve exchange and completion by, and the sale price was conditional on these dates. These dates weren’t achieved which had a detrimental and financial impact on me, and although this wasn’t directly Loveitts responsibility, they were the agent/negotiator acting on my behalf, and would have been partly culpable if the sale had collapsed at the eleventh hour.

100% fake reviews here.Just had an awful customer service experience yesterday where the tenant was not opening the door and the lady who was showing us the property was so rude that i can not write in words.If you get the property from them then you will be crying 100% fake reviews here.KamranRe: this is ur business and you have to praise it... but thinking about people's you don't care....all about money ....tenant don't allow you to enter ?I believe this has to agreed way before the viewings... two lies don't make one right
We are sorry that we were unable to enter the property - the tenants in occupation would not allow access at this appointment time. This can be very frustrating for us as an agency when we want to be able to show you the abode ourselves.I can categorically state that our reviews are 100% genuine and not fake but indeed posted by happy clients.

well. Loveitts!! from what i have experienced so far, are THE poorest estate agents i have used & i have used alot of them !the owner of the house changed to these, after not being happy with the service of their last managing agent. Im sure they are now regretting their decisionThey arranged an inspection as the new agent. nobody showed. ( this was less than a week later than arranging the appointment with them )They do not reply to emails unless they want something. I asked the same question in 2 emails, to the same person and I got no response.They like to pass the buck to another colleague. " I believe Lauren answered that question" and "i believe Avril answered that" NO..it wasnt answered at all. I was just ignored asking an important question.. Nobody is doing their job correctly !i took a complaint further than the brick wall that seems to be the Nuneaton office and dealt with the manager at Coventry(Paul) regarding being reimbursed for my lost time / wage from work due to waiting in for them to not show, he decided to stop the conversation prior to a conclusion and go on holiday for 2 weeks without informing me through the emails we were sharing, just left me hanging.I give honest reviews & i can at anytime add photos to back up my reviewall in all. Wow. these people get your money ! why?!we have now purchased our own home so thankfully will not need to deal with these agents for much longerIm fully aware as a renter for many many years somebody needing a property, will take that property no matter who its up to let with, we have no choice. But owners of homes, looking for a letting agent, please read and digest the poor attention to detail this company possesses

GoogleTerrible experience as a tenant! I sent my notice 1 month before I planned to leave the room I was renting. The agency was supposed to come to see the room which they haven't done before I move out. I have therefore called and emailed Scott who was in charge of the house many times to claim my deposit back. I was always told he would call me back which he never did or would never answer my emails (except one saying he would deal with this on the same day but 2 weeks later still nothing was done...). Almost 2 months after I move out the room, I ended up asking the landlord for help, although he should not be involved as this is entirely the agency responsability. After the landlord called them, miraculeously I got an email the same day saying that they will process the refund now. As it was not enough, the amount of the deposit refund was wrong... A lot of unprofessionalism! Loveitts I don't love it I hate it!
Loveitts are disappointed to receive your review and its contrary to what we expect as a firm in what we provide. The property is not managed by Loveitts and we are not in charge of it. The property was not inspected by Scott as the landlord who lives next door advised that he inspected the property. I can confirm that the deposit funds were available for release when the landlord called as we had to recall the monies from the deposit scheme and request further monies from the new tenant that has replaced you after you broke contract. We admit that there was a delay in requesting the monies which will have caused some of your frustration with the delay in this matter. There is no excuse for a non-returned call and apologise that your call was missed. We thank you for the confirmation that you have received the deposit monies back in full.

GoogleWe purchased a property via Loveitts estate agents in Leamington Spa. We dealt with Jas Bagri from start to finish. We noticed the property was online with an online agent but took no notice of the property but as soon as Jas started marketing it via Loveitts the property presentation looked so different compared to the online agent. We booked in a viewing and had our offer accepted within days. The customer journey form start to finish was pleasant and Jas helped us out a lot with his communication via email and watts app. I would recommend using Jas at Loveitts if you wish to sell or buy as we felt comfortable using him and Loveitts
