Outstanding service and Care

We have had a private landlord for over 8 years, Loveitts were instructed to take over the property rental due to a change in circumstances which we did not expect and had a big impact on us as a family.The Loveitts team reached out to us, theyhave been fantastic in handling everything, we ultimately decided to move house and relocate over 100 miles to be with extended family. Over the last 8 months they have been able to support and give us advise, even when we informed them that we wanted to give notice on the property they continued to support and advise us. James came out to the property he has given us a lot of supprt and advise. I went to drop the keys into the Coventry office and the staff were all very welcoming. It has been a pleasure dealing with Loveitts through this whole process. Big thank you from all the family!! Jason

WE RENTED A PROPERTY THROUGH LOVEITTS AND AT FIRST THEY WERE GREAT SUPER FRIENDLY. HOWEVER SLOWLY WE STARTED SEEING ISSUES WITH THE PROPERTY I.E. GAS/HEATING WE REPORTED THIS TO THE MAINTENANCE BUT THEY DIDN'T BOTHER AND TOLD US TO CONTACT BRITISH GAS DIRECTLY. THE MAINTENANCE WERE USELESS WE COMPLAINED ABOUT THE DAMP AND THE EXTRACTOR FAN NOT WORKING SINCE WE MOVED IN THROUGHOUT - YET THEY STILL TOOK MONEY FROM OUR DEPOSIT FOR DAMP IN THE BATHROOM DESPITE US HAVING THE WINDOW OPEN 24/7. THEY ARE EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND WILL KEEP YOUR DEPOSIT - I WOULD NOT RENT FROM THEM EVER AGAIN

Do not trust Loveitts

We recently went to market to sell our home. We chose the agent selling the house we wanted to buy, which was outlined from the beginning by us, along with budget, expectations, and that we wanted a transparent and trusting relationship from the start. We put in an offer which we were told was liked by the vendor and that we’d have a week whilst they were on holiday to present our property in readiness. We were of the understanding that we were the primary contestant for the property but this was not the case, we were actually insurance in case the purchaser they had already acted on pulled out. We were not told of this purchaser, meaning we never stood a chance of buying this property. We went through allowing viewing of our own property unaware we did not have a chance of the house we were on the market to buy had already sold, and when we were informed, it was on the back of a discussion regarding our own property viewing.We are now of the impression that Loveitts, recently bought by another company, operate for their own purposes. They are opaque. Untrustworthy and we hope we never have to deal with this company again as we know that we could not trust anything they said. They will do anything for their commission, using your hard earned property. You are nothing but their cash vehicle. Disgusting.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Loveitts have been completely unhelpful in resolving repeated parking fines issued against me, even though I hold a valid permit and have adhered to all the rules. Instead of standing up for their tenants, they wash their hands of the matter and leave you to deal with it yourself. It’s disgraceful that tenants are treated this way. Their failure to protect residents from predatory parking practices shows a total lack of accountability or care. I cannot recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable or responsible letting agent.

Myself and my husband bought a house 5 years ago with Loveitts and yesterday late afternoon I called with a quest the person who answered the phone was very polite and said that the person that could help was busy but he would get back to us ASAP. For my surprise less then 5 minimum Jas Bagri returned my call and he remembered us and he was so friend and professional he was interested in what we were asking him he made sure he understood our quest and accept to help us with the urgent letter that we needed. I chose Loveitts because when Jas Bagri came to view and discuss marketing the property I was impressed with his professionalism, knowledge and manner. I didn’t even consult another agent! Throughout the process he was diligent and helpful and particularly good at liaising between parties. On the odd occasion that Jas was not available his colleagues, particularly Ryan, were always aware of matters in hand and able to help. The sale was negotiated and managed well and I had confidence in Jas to deal with enquiries. I was so pleased that Jas more than justified my initial impression of him and did all that he promised in a calm and thorough manner, he is a lovely chap and the whole team work very well together.

Got awesome guidance from Becky when booking a last minute viewing.She's looked after us, as we were travelling from London to Coventry and managed to squeeze us in for an early viewing, although spaces were tight.She's also gone above and beyond in making sure we get to the house safe and sound, and on time. Not professional. As we had a sale agreed, they ask for a lot of documentations which I provided them. But they haven’t told me that it is in chain. When they told me, at that time, He said the vendor is happy to break the chain, then another person enters who was in charge of the case and said she is not going to break the chain. I even have the valuation done. Loss a lot of money and time. They don’t have serious sellers.

Not the best but not the worse experience.

Lack of communication sometimes, slow updating the portal set up so had no idea how things were going, felt i did most of the chasing. Had no Idea when i agreed to sell with loveitts i would have to pay the lease management pack lucky enough i was able to afford the fee. The good bit loveitts managed to complete my sale at the same time as my purchase.
