A very good service was provided by all from the beginning to the end of the process. Steve and Jason at the Nuneaton office are so approachable and are a pleasure to deal with. I only had contact with Michelle over the phone but she was very friendly and efficient, keeping me updated regularly on the progress. I will be recommending them to others. Thank you Loveitts!!

After renting our home for over 10 years we checked if we could buy it and luckily it was up for sell and we were given the first offer which we acceptedFrom this point we had a visit from Paul Barnes a very humble professional realtor he did the inspection and listened to all we had to say and more. He helped us with the negotiations as we had our suggested offer.When all was in place we were handed to Michelle Barnett who again was exceptional and so helpful. As first time buyers we had no idea of the processes and despite being in the sellers side she was there for us 24/7 to answer our quest and guide us.We could have not wished for any other team than Loveitts and no other than Paul and Michelle. Thanks so muchAnd to finish it off when handing over the keys she gave us a New Home Owners gift with all the goodies and cleaning stuff one needs on your day one in a new homeI got home feeling like this was a new home. Although I have been associated with Loveitts for a number of years on the Letting side of the business, this is the first time I have used their services to sell a property. A single phone call to enquire resulted in a next-day visit from Mr Paul Barnes who explained very clearly exactly what was required from us, and a likely timescale. He then said that our sale would be handled personally by Michelle Barnett who immediately rang me to introduce herself sounding both knowledgeable and friendly. Our sale completed today with the various hold-ups being sorted out by Michelle dealing personally with the Buyers and keeping things on track. I felt quite happy to depart on a 2 week holiday abroad during the process knowing that all was in good hands. Would I use Loveitts again? Going by this example, most definitely. Many thanks.

I had just picked up the keys to my next property investment and I really can’t fault the team from Jamie putting my offer forward with speed to Michelle taking care of sales progression Even at times updating me on my own solicitors progression which was helpful however not being pushy. I had a great chat with Chelsea with regards to future valuations which was helpful and will be in touch soon once the property is ready. We sold a house at auction through. They provided a great service, with Sally, Sara, Chloe and Lisa in particular working hard to advise us on selling via auction or traditional way, explain the auction process, advise on guide price, put us in touch with an EPC provider and marketing the property.Then on the day at auction the auctioneer was very impressive. Throughout the process, Loveitts were available for us if we needed to ask questions, they proactively kept us updated, and we were confident they were doing everything to get the best sale price for us.We also commissioned Emma at Loveitts to provide a RICS valuation, which was done promptly and professionally.
So pleased we were able to help from start to finish! It was a great result and a 'perfect' property to sell via Auction. It was our pleasure.

Changing my original review!What a bunch of scammers! Got me in the flat, now one replies to emails, people not caring, rude maintenance team. Everyone washing their hands off of me now they got me into a flat that is falling apart. Gallon of water leaking, no inventory pack, no water valve, meter. I was naked, freezing cold with litres of water pouring out the handle impossible to control the leak. Cupboard falling apart and I moved in 3 days ago! Unable to shower and having to shower at the gym.Requesting my water bill to be covered or/and end of the tenancy or legal actions will be taken.

The agents at Loveitts that were involved in our house buying process were amazing from start to finish. They went above and beyond during the offer process and communicating with the seller for us. They frequently kept us updated, which makes a huge difference in the difficult process of buying a house, and provided us with the answers to the many many questions we had. They were always easy to contact and quick to respond with helpful responses. They were extremely professional but always kind and pleasant to deal with and made the process of buying our house run so much smoother, quicker and easier for us.

Loveitts in Coventry took away the pressure of buying a house. Once a sale has been agreed, I was passed to the sales progress team who assigned me a contact and a direct number who I was able to contact at any time for updates. For this reason, defiantly recommended a local estate like Lovetts agent instead of using a national brand. Thank-you Michelle, Jamie and Chelsey.

Sara Herbert and Sally Wilkins sold a house of mine via auction, one which I was struggling to sell in open market with another agent due to the nature of buyers these days, offering high, then trying to haggle a £20k discount before signing. So the frustration for me as a landlord trying to offload an empty property for 2 months prior was high when I asked Loveitts to take over. They dealt with every headache seamlessly considering I am no longer living in the UK and they sold the property in 4 mins in the next online auction they hosted for the top market price I asked for:). Needless to say I will be sending more properties through to them and thank them so much for an incredible service. Highly recommended to every landlord and investor who has little time to manage these headaches themselves!

Booked a viewing for a property in advance and told them to notify me if anyone else shows interest so I don't waste train ticket money to get there. I was told a day before the viewing that it was cancelled with no warning. When I called them and asked them why this has happened the woman on the phone patronized me and read off her script. Incredibly unprofessional, condescending and poor customer service (they couldn't even spell my name right in the emails). I will never use their service again and will not recommend them to anyone. They have no integrity.
