GoogleSo far I have only had but positive exchanges with Handles and with Marc. I have been in the property a few months now and can say that the moving in process was easy like Sunday morning. I only had one day to view a property that seemed ideal and they managed to squeeze me in. And I agreed to stay then and there. I also had a query about something in the studio flat, Marc responded instantaneously and it was sorted the next day. Marc and Handles not only offer great customer service but act decisively, confidently and make you feel comfortable. I would highly recommend, especially if you are new into the area as I was.

GoogleI have moved around a lot and I have to say that Handles have been the best agents by a long shot. Since day one of just viewing the properties they were incredibly helpful and always there before me and making me feel comfortable about this whole moving process as it was pretty stressful. After selecting a flat they were supporting me all the way to make sure everything was correct. During the tenancy there were a few mishaps in the flat which was to be expected and dealing with these were incredibly swift and quick. On leaving the property it was all incredibly easy and communication level was kept incredibly high so I always knew what was happening. Left my review till the end of the tenancy and these guys did not disappoint, recommend them highly.

GoogleThey were excellent. Communications were good and timely. Helped with difficult discussions between buyer and seller and keep pace up with the solicitors. Great team. Would recommend every time.

GoogleHighly recommend Handles. As a landlord, I've had to change agents quite often due to sheer incompetence or lack of interest shown by most of them. What I value a lot in business is good communication, and Handles does this well from both, the land lords and the tenant's perspective. From the couple of months I've spent with them, they've promised and delivered and it is looking hopeful for this trend to continue.

It is refreshing to be treated as a person rather than being bombarded with automatically generated emails from a CRM database.
