GoogleHaving used Crabb Curtis to sell our house we can thoroughly recommend them. Danny’s knowledge of the local market meant that he was able to set the right price for us, whilst also achieving our goal of a completed sale before Christmas. He arranged and managed an open-house viewing day with seven appointments, one of which resulted in us being offered the guide price. Jessica subsequently looked after us, accompanying the purchaser on two subsequent “measuring up” visits, liaising with the purchaser’s chain and always keeping us informed of progress. As an independent local agent, marketing a smaller portfolio of properties, we always felt that we were getting a responsive and personal service from Crabb Curtis, rather than being “just another customer” for a national agency chain.

GoogleWe bought our home through Crabb Curtis and Oliver was excellent. He did all the chasing and follow up with solicitors and vendors. He really made sure that the sale went as smoothly and swiftly as possible. I doubt we will be looking for a new home soon but if we do we will definitely use Crabb Curtis for the sale

We felt that completion happened reasonably quickly but at times we were pushed by the vendors even when the actions didn't lie with us. GoogleOverall good service from Paul and the team at Crabb Curtis. Initially took time to get viewers in but the they was able to achieve full asking price once a buyer was found. Paul in particular was extremely helpful at the end when dealing with complications with the solicitors and buyer.

I am very unhappy to see your Google review when we both know that the reason you were asked to leave your rented accommodation was that you were in breach of your tenancy agreement by having a dog at the property without permission of the landlord or the management company of the apartment. I would request that you remove this review as it is untrue. Furthermore my lettings team informed you that they would do everything they could to find you suitable accommodation, with no administration fees to our agency. GoogleI have just completed the purchase of a property in Warwick which was proving to be a difficult process ,Until Jessica at Crabb Curtis took over the file. She was very proactive and helpful and certainly was the driving force in getting the sale across the line. I would certainly recommend Crabb Curtis and will be using them as my letting agent.
