GoogleI've rented with Crabb Curtis for the last 1.5 years. Every time we've had issues in our flat they have been out very quickly with their contracrors to fix the issues, which is refreshing when renting! Thanks Claire & the maintenance team.

GoogleWe met Oliver Jones from Crabb Curtis when we did a viewing on the property we now own. Oliver was very welcoming and was able to answer any questions about the property on the day. When the purchase was going through Oliver updated us every week with the progress. Oliver was very honest when ever I had a question on timescales. Our purchase took a long time, but was no fault of Crabb Curtis and we were kept up to date at all times. The customer service was very good!

GoogleWe decided to get a few quotes from local agents whilst selling my Mother's property. It was a very emotional time as she had been in the house since 1961 and it was my intention to make the process as simple and stress free as possible. Crabb Curtis were the first agents to view and value the property and after Paul had left we were both so comfortable with him that we cancelled the other valuations and went with our good old "gut feeling". We were right to follow this as from the beginning to the end Crabb Curtis have been fantastic. The lines of communication were always open, I could always get to speak to either Paul or Oliver when I needed to and at all times both Mum and I felt that our best interests were always priority. In short we felt in safe and competent hands, there were a couple of hiccups along the way lower down in our chain and at all times I felt that Paul and Oliver were looking after us 100%. They definitely go that extra mile. A massive thank you to Crabb Curtis we will use you again and we will recommend you to all of our family and friends.

FacebookI would certainly echo many of the positive comments already posted. I sold a property last year and found both Paul and Oliver extremely professional in all correspondence. Paul was the third agent to visit and he was very confident in his initial assessment. His obvious enthusiasm made the decision to instruct Crab Curtis very simple. Oliver subsequently led the viewings and sales negotiation, giving immediate well informed feedback after every viewing. There will of course always be some frustration during the sales process, but if you are somebody who values a high level of service and wants to feel confident that any issues will be addressed with the upmost professionalism, then I recommend that you instruct Crabb Curtis.

GoogleAlways uncertain about estate agents! We met with several at the property and Paul put us at ease from the start. Calm, considered and smart. We felt the type of buyer who would consider the property would be comfortable, which was a very important consideration. Sold the property very quickly. We were happy with the selling price and Paul and Luke kept us informed, without prompting, through the contract process. We would sell through Crabb Curtis again.

From valuation to completion they kept us updated throughout and were always professional. GoogleHad to sell my Mums flat as she moved into a care home. Had several quotes from estate agents. Danny from Crabb Curtis came out to value flat. Gave very good advice and didn't put me under pressure to sign up there and then unlike to other agents. So after a week we rang Crabb Curtis to proceed with the sale . We were looked after by Danny and Jessica until the sale completed . They have been excellent keeping us updated all through the sale. sorted out any issues that occurred . GoogleDanny and Jessica of Crabb Curtis helped us sell our town centre apartment earlier this month. It was a long and somewhat frustrating process which started in autumn when the market was super slow. Yet, Danny and Jessica managed to bring potential buyers through the door and were always available for advice. We eventually sold above the guide price (two buyers turning up at the same time) and Jessica led through the negotiations very tactfully and professionally - to our and buyers' mutual satisfaction. We are now in our new home, tired after months of uncertainty but we believe that without Jessica and Danny we wouldn't have gotten where we are now. We are not planning to move anytime soon but will be certainly recommending Crabb Curtis to others.

GoogleWhat a brilliant Estate Agency! Seriously, not a phrase often used, but Luke at Crabb Curtis was brilliant from the very start of the process right through to completion day. Couldn’t of asked for more, professional, courteous, responsive, effective, I could go on. The sale of my property happened within a few days and Luke handled everything from the advertising, viewings and all throughout the sales process kept me informed of progress. GoogleSold my late parents house recently with Crabb Curtis. Paul and Luke were excellent throughout including doing all the viewings as nobody from the family lived close enough really. Always available by phone , email or in person Crabb Curtis were great to deal with, even going the extra mile to help us with a bit of photoshopping we needed! Thanks to all in the office.
