GoogleI have just gone through the application process for a rental property with Crabb Curtis and it has been an extremely fast and smooth process. Lillie was extremely helpful at every step in the process, with super fast replies to any queries I had. Would recommend to anyone looking to rent in Leamington.

GooglePaul and Luke were absolutely fantastic during our recent house sale! They both went above and beyond their duties, supervising a hot tub move so we could be at the other end, taking final meter readings as again we were not local and keeping us fully informed and in the picture the whole time! GoogleI am very pleased that I chose Crabb Curtis in Leamington to sell my house. Paul met me to discuss the sale, he was very professional and knew the local market very well. Paul went to a great deal of effort to prepare the sale details, the photographs were outstanding and I'm sure they made a big difference. The house took a few months to sell and many agents would have been suggesting dropping the price to attract buyers but Paul was happy to discuss how things were going and recommended sticking to the price we had agreed, which we eventually settled achieved. Luke was always on hand to give feedback from viewings and keeping me updated with the sale progress. I would happily recommend Crabb Curtis to anybody selling their house.

From initial valuation right through to exchange and completion he communicated effectively and timely between both buyer and seller creating a stress free and swift process. Luke certainly knows how to treat people with care and respect and alters in a positive way the stereotypical perception of Estate agents. I would highly recommend Luke and Crabb Curtis unreservedly.

GoogleWe've shop around for estate agents but we found Crabb Curtis provided a much better all-around service and competitive fixed rate - they (Paul and Luke) listen more to customers than impose their own marketing gimmicks and agenda to justify their fees and extras e.g. glossy here and that, photoshop and etc. Very straight forward from the initial meeting, arranging the open day, quick to update progress and arrangement of potential buyers, pro-active and responsive during exchange process until completion. Luke was particularly good at pre-empting any complications that may arise, making sure that there were no delays in exchanging/completing contracts. He was very professional in making sure I was kept up to date without badgering me too. I communicated with him via WhatsApp and he was always there to respond virtually immediately every time. He also liaised with my insurance Broker and Solicitor on my behalf. One time when I was on holiday and living in a different time zone, he proactively arranged the necessary phone calls with my solicitor at times that were convenient to me. I have rarely received such a thorough and professional service from a company. Thanks for all your help, Marius

GoogleWe purchased a house Crabb Curtis had listed. I have to say I've never experienced an estate agent as helpful and on the ball as Luke. He communicated with us as the buyers every step of the way, ensuring all parties kept talking and moving forward. He made sure we got access whenever we needed it and got info on the house quickly throughout the process. I'd highly recommend working with Luke, it was a pleasure dealing with him.

FacebookI have used Crabb Curtis for lettings since 2003 and Claire is absolutely brilliant, and always has been. She is on the case and goes the extra mile to resolve any issues when necessary. I have recently sold a property via Crabb Curtis and I think without the diligence and hard work of Paul it would never have gone through. He liaised with all parties and due to his hard work the sale eventually went through. Can't speak highly enough of the staff that I know at Crabb Curtis.

FacebookPaul Averis at Crabb Curtis was brilliant! They were my vendors estate agents, not mine but in the future if I decide to sell my new house I will use Crabb Curtis as they seemed to be the only people actually trying to get the whole process moving along and they know their stuff! Especially when my own estate agents did not really get involved apart from the initial advertising and they seemed to think their job was done when my house sold. The staff at my estate agents were very inexperienced. If it was not for Crabb Curtis and Paul's advice I think I would have pulled out of the whole sale and purchase as the stress caused by my first time buyers, rubbish online solicitors (which my estate agents recommended) almost drove me to breaking point. Again, thank you Paul.

GoogleCrabb Curtis were not the estate agents selling my house, but were the agents involved in the house I was buying. From the start, and in particular Oliver Jones seemed to be the centre of all of the work being put in to ensure what has been a relatively smooth move. I have been in regular contact with Oliver throughout, and have always got the impression that it was his efforts that have moved things along. The agents selling my house have been useless in comparison so if you were to consider a Leamington based agent I would definitely recommend Crabb Curtis.

GoogleAfter deciding to sell our family home of 26 years we had a certain criteria when choosing an estate agent, which Oliver Jones from Crabb Curtis more than met. As communication from other parties within the chain was left solely to Oliver, we were grateful that he provided regular updates and indeed ensured our specified completion date was achieved, when a problem occurred lower down the chain at the "eleventh hour". Thank you Oliver for your support throughout the whole process of moving house, which was achieved in exactly 4 months from us accepting our offer!! We have already recommended you to a friend.
