I would fully recommend Crabb Curtis. They handled my house sale (only). From the initial meeting with Danny and throughout the whole process was easy and pain free, I was more than happy. There were one or two bumps in the road with one of the third parties involved in a house sale who were not always on the ball (that's just my opinion) and I have to give a special mention to Lillie who's reaction and intervention was superb in this matter and she keep the flow of information and requirements moving along. If you are looking for an estate agent without the arrogance and self importance often a stereotype of estate agents, go with Crabb Curtis they are not only good at their job but also nice people.

I have used Crabb Curtis, based in Leamington Spa, for over 20 years to fully manage my 2 properties. They have always been a small, friendly and extremely efficient estate agent who give great value for money, excellent advice and go the extra mile. Given that this is a small family business they know they need to give great service. Additionally one gets continuity. I also used them to sell the properties and sold the second one this year. They sorted everything out successfully and speedily including roof tiles which came off in a giant storm to avoid further damage. I had a great relationship with the Estate Agent and the team over more than 20 years (with one tenant staying in the property 17 years) and never felt the need to change.

I wish I could give 100 stars. Lille Cummings was amazing. We had issues with the property which gave us problems in our mortgage offer. But Lillie made everything possible. She was constantly on the phone with the seller to get the issues sorted so that we could get our mortgage offer. If it wasn't for Lillie, this sale would have never happened. The solicitors were so slow in communicating, which was so frustrating. Honestly, that Lillie was a God sent. She needs a pay raise on how she got the sale over the finish line. Definitely recommend Lillie when selling your property. I've never known someone who is so determined and dedicated in their customer service. So much understanding and care was given to us. Fantastic service throughout. Crabb Curtis have handled our rental property for 14 years and have always done a great job. We can highly recommend their letting service. When we decided to sell the property they were our obvious choice of Estate Agent. That process has been handled in an exemplary manner right from the initial advertising, photographs etc through to the actual sale. During the sale process we were constantly updated as to progress and Crabb Curtis were very good at keeping both Conveyancing parties chased in order to move things along. There were times when our own Conveyancing Solicitor was all to quiet as to updates and we were always grateful to our nominated Estate Agent at Crabb Curtis for their constant updates. I sold my flat with Crabb Curtis and Luke was great throughout the entire process - from valuation to the completion. I had the house evaluated by three agents and Luke was the only one who had done thorough research of the property (and also quoted the lowest agent fee). As I had moved away from England, he was quite happy to check on the flat whenever necessary - he even collected my mail and got my meter readings! Whenever there was any progress, I was notified promptly and it was always easy get in touch. If you’re selling in Leamington Spa, you cannot do better than Crabb Curtis.
