GoogleConnells in Leamington Spa we’re absolutely brilliant. From the very beginning I felt I could trust them. Things got very difficult with the conveyancing towards the end but they were on the case all the time and kept the chain informed of progress. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. GoogleWe experienced quite unprofessional approach from this agency, since we were new to this country we initially enquired about some common things about the property and they responded like "search online". Someone stole our bike from the garage (can be accessed through a access card)and when we reported "No CCTV installed so no actions can be taken" Till now, no actions taken

GoogleConnell's were great with the sale of our house. We sold within a week of going on and lost the buyers near exchange. At risk of losing our onward purchase, Connell's stepped in with fast marketing action and had it resold for slightly more money within a week, meaning we were still able to purchase our new home. The staff always answered the phones and responded promptly to emails. Would recommend.

GoogleI wouldn’t recommend. We have sold with Connells but had to reduce the price significantly as it was over valued by £15k. You speak to different people every time you call the office and I generally felt like they were more interested in looking after the buyer than me.

GoogleAll staff in the Leamington branch are wonderful. The moment you walk into the estate agents you are made to feel welcome and important. I can honestly say that again all members of the staff are polite and extremely friendly and very helpful. They deal with all questions, viewings and communication with the upmost efficiency and always promptly too. I would recommend them to anyone.

GoogleWe had a very good experience with Connells and would work with them again. The staff, specifically Rebecca, was lovely and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. We had an easy move-in and move-out and the flat was perfect for our needs. We were new to the UK and needed some guidance to the area and process and they were great at helping us navigate it all.

GoogleI've been client of this Leamington branch since 2017. Unfortunately I cannot recommend their services! Non-proactive management, slow response to your needs, with often poor outcome to your requests as a client. On the other hand, very pushy in terms of fulfilling their own agenda, sometimes leaving me wondering what is their commitment in regards to representing both landlord and tenants.

Shaun on the mortgage side is extremely helpful - he will be able to find you the right mortgage product and help get that mortgage offer with a minimum of fuss. Lucy and Julie on sales again are stars, always available to help and ensures the buying/selling process goes as smoothly as possible :) Would recommend!
