GoogleConnells were excellent throughout out tenancy. - they made the move-in process far easier than what I have experienced elsewhere, viewings, referencing and payments were all really simple. - Across our 14 months as tenants they were responsive if, and when, we had any issues with property (they managed this for the landlord). - they were incredibly supportive when we decided to move out early to allow our landlord to sell the property. GoogleI can’t speak for the selling side, but as a buyer, I couldn’t have been provided with a better service from the team at Connells. I’ve had experiences on the buying & selling side prior (with other agents), and none of those experiences were good. As a buyer, I found the experience start-finish really good with Connells, even post-sale. I dealt mainly with Julie & Paul, both of whom were professional, friendly, and on it in terms of keeping me informed. They were informing me of progress, even when my own solicitor wasn’t! Based on the overall experience provided by Julie, Paul and the rest of their team (Brogan, Lucy), I couldn’t recommend them enough. GoogleI just wanted to express my thanks to the sales team at Connells’s Leamington Spa. We completed on the sale of my property last Friday and throughout the process, from listing to completion, the team at Connells kept me fully and continually updated. This was exemplified by the day one of the team spent trying to get a response from the purchaser’s solicitor once we established between us which party was responsible for the delay. The team is brilliantly and professionally managed and whenever I speak with anyone in the branch I have the feeling that they all share responsibility towards all their clients and that everyone is up to date on the feedback from viewings and progress on offers. I felt a real sense of cohesion and professionalism, with the team working tirelessly arranging viewings and strong attention to detail and efficiency regarding the production of marketing materials. I have worked as an agent myself and it’s great to feel genuinely looked after as a client especially when numbers and targets are obviously the indicator of true bottom line success, but to experience such great customer service is rare and needs to be recognised. Thank you again to the manager and her team, I am highly impressed and appreciative of all their hard work and unceasingly positive enthusiasm especially in such testing times.PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleProfessional, responsive and helpful. I enjoyed working with the team at Connells as I helped my brother who lived in a different country sell his property. I think we achieved the best price possible given market conditions and the team worked hard to achieve this - though it was slightly less than what we had hoped and the initial valuation. I would particularly call out the good teamwork and seamless flow of information that is evident, it seems that when you talk to one person in the office you are talking to the whole team. Thanks to all involved.

GoogleCouldn’t be more impressed with Connells and their staff at Leamington. I have had dealings with several and they are professional, courteous, helpful, friendly and really efficient. The mortgage lifetime service truly is worth the money and they have helped me with 3 mortgages so far. Mortgage broker, Sean Brennan, totally goes above and beyond to help with sorting the best mortgage for you. Lucy, who came to value our property for free, has also been so helpful and honest. We found a property we liked being sold by Connells in Leamington and thank goodness it was - they have been absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process. Despite it being a really busy time on the housing market they have all been so helpful and responsive. We'd like to shout out Julie Hopwood in particular - she has been unbelievably patient and proactive throughout the whole process, communicating with solicitors on both sides to resolve issues and get things moving. We honestly would have lost the will without her, she's an absolute star! We would happily recommend buying a house from Connells. GoogleHaving dealt with a lot of the different teams/people at Connells I can say that overall my experience has been pretty positive but varies a bit between the different departments. Mortgage advisors - Fantastic really communicative and helpful. Always on hand when I needed them, via calls or emails whatever suits you best. Made that whole process a whole load easier from start to finish. Sales - Again everyone has been super friendly and a pleasure to deal with, although I did have to do a small amount of chasing to keep things moving along. Overall would recommended

GoogleHaving already had one Leamington estate agent fail to sell my property, I decided to dual list it with Connells and another agent. Lucy, Julie and the entire team at Connells were extremely professional and I felt that I was in good hands throughout the process. They were responsive to all my queries, knowledgeable about the Leamington housing market, managed to get a steady stream of viewings and I always felt that they were working for me to get the best deal (unlike other agents who can be pushy and feed you lines because they think that is what you want to hear!). GoogleMy daughter travelled a 2 hour trip with a young family to attend an arranged viewing on a rental property. She waited patiently outside and when it became obvious that Connells were a no show she rang the office 5 times, even left a voicemail and no one had the decency to call her back.
