Had a great experience renting a house through connels. Mary who dealt with me was fantastic. The prices they charge though were crazy!! It cost £670 just to fill out all the forms for 2 people. Not sure how they can justify this for changing the name and address on their forms and some references.

Personally very poor service. Put in effort when there’s a payment in it for them and when it’s worth being nice to you, don’t pass full information to landlords. Keep you in the dark, give you the run around. Slow to respond if at all. No accountability. Expensive fees. I’d choose another.
